ABOUT THE VESSELS OF HONOR CONFERENCE

The VESSELS OF HONOR conference is a meeting of generation next kingdom ministers such
as evangelist, teachers, musicians, singers, dancers, prophets and as many that the lord has
placed his gift in.

We come together with the mindset of RETREAT: RENEW: AND REDEPLOY back to God’s
service for MORE AND MORE impact in our various kingdom service to the lord.

BRIEF HISTORY
This conference was first held on August, 2014 at satellite town and it was as a result of the cry
in the heart of some young gospel believers who came together to situate this coming together in
oneness and desire to empower ourselves in the lord.
These groups of believers makes up members of the House of vessels international Network (HOVIN), and we run with a vision of making a young generation salvation army that would make use of everything and every medium to reach the world with the message of the gospel.

VISION STATEMENT OF VOH CONFERENCE
To be a worldwide conference that would retreat God's vessels that are scattered far and wide the
earth to provide the guide and channel that would make them a vessel unto honor, sanctified and
meet for the master's use. To build a young salvation army for the lord not limited to race, or
tribe or color.

MISSION STATEMENT OF VOH CONFERENCE

RETREAT; RENEW; AND REDEPLOY;
 To promote teachings on purpose for those yet to discover, provide a guide for those yet to work
on purpose discovered, and edify those working already on purpose to do more.
To tarry in every meeting to ensure we together redirect, reprove, reconstruct and retreat the
wrong knowledge exhibited by vessels of God and strive to enter into the rest the lord has
planned for us.

Pastor Newman, the senior Pastor of the WINNINGLIFE CHURCH. He decided to provide
everything that would be needed in planning and making the program a success. These groups of
believers makes up members of the House of vessels international Network (HOVIN), and we
run with a vision of making a young generation salvation army that would make use of
everything and every medium to reach the world with the message of the gospel.

PROGRAM INFORMATION
The program is scheduled for 9th and 10th of September, 2017.

Theme: EXCELLENCE
This whole concept is a continuation of where last season’s theme stopped “BUILDING
CAPACITY”. When capacity is properly built, coupled with the assistance we have from the
Holy Spirit, we have no other choice than to attain EXCELLENCE.
The concept of excellence through the spirit of God is what we want to expose into the hearts of
God’s ministers. Inasmuch as we love God and serve him with everything we got, it is necessary
to do what we do so well that we will not be unnoticed.
When we neglect our part in attaining excellence, hence depending on spiritual exercises, like
fasting, prayers, speaking in tongues and others. Those exercises are expedient but they only
connect us to the flow of the spirit, but the whole concept of doing excellently has to do with us
building capacity and our level of conforming to where God has placed us in word.
PROGRAM REGISTRATION
Registration is free to the conference but online registration is needed and put in all your details
and you get your conference material at the entrance of venue. Any other registration of groups,
individual or participation is as well accepted.

How to develop new habits in your life and business_by_Uzoma_Oranebo

Very soon it will be 2017. Very often when a new year starts you hear many people talking about NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS, “ New year, new fashion ” etc. What does this mean?  It simply means most people know that for them to have some type of results, they need to adopt some new habits.

What often happens is that after a few days doing the action they will like to see as a new habit, they often give up and slowly become the old person with the same old habits while waiting for the next new year to take new year resolutions again.  At times even the ones who even wrote down their new resolution find themselves swimming back in their old habits.

My guess is that most of the time when you are out to create a new habit, it’s to replace an old habit or to change a bad result you’re looking to improve.
The good and bad news is this – habits are hard to break!

Bad habits often feel impossible to change.  Good habits are equally ingrained in our routine.

So this morning I want to share 7 tips with you that will help as you create new habits in your life and business.


Tip 1 – Have A “Why”

If you want to create a new habit, you probably have a good reason you want to start the habit.  Dive deep into why you want to invest your time, energy, emotions and future into creating a new habit.  Take time to write out your why and the benefits behind the habit

Tip 2 – Know The Pain

Just as you have a why and know the benefits of creating your new habit, you also want to know the pain of not creating the habit.  What are the consequences of not implementing your new habit?  What stays the same?  What gets worse?

Tip 3 – Commit To A Month

You constantly hear that it takes 21 days to create a habit.  For me, base on my experience I will like to propose 30 days. Yes you got me right 30 days non stop. I don’t want to take chances with 21 days. There is no magic attached to this, but after doing any activity consistently for this number of times, it becomes second nature to you.

Tip 4 – Find Accountability

Many people shy away from accountability. I made a “call to accountability” to my team a short while ago and I saw firsthand how even people who seem motivated don’t want an accountability structure.

Most people are like, I am the boss why should I be accountable to anyone. OK you are on your own!  “Why is my up-line asking me these too many questions?”, “Is he my boss?”, “He makes me feel as if I am not working”

Don’t get angry if you have an up line who coaches you with a questioning approach. What he is doing is trying to make you accountable. In fact, you should be happy that you have someone that is trying to help you to be accountable. Some of us have not had the privilege of having someone holding us accountable. Research have shown that only 5% of the population have the ability to be auto accountable without a formal accountability structure around them.

Be honest with yourself, if you didn’t need accountability you wouldn’t be in the position of needing to create a new habit.  If your “why” is big enough and the “pain” is deep enough, it’s worth getting accountability to ensure your success.

Tip 5 – Track Your Progress

A tracking system can be as basic as using your diary to record and cross check progress or more complicated as using apps on your smart phone to check your progress on the habit you are working on to become a habit

Tip 6 – Go All In

Removing all of the space for excuses is huge. Make a decision and go all in and decide that nothing will get in your way.  No excuse is worth preventing your success.
Give yourself every opportunity to succeed in creating your new habit.

Tip 7 – Celebrate Your Activity

“You can’t change your results, you can only change your habits.”.  So instead of being discouraged by your results, look at your new habit and realize you are creating new results.

I love the way Randy Gage puts it  “I have faith that my daily habits will either lead to success or lead me to failure – and I choose to do the daily habits that lead me to success.”

When you know you are building and creating habits that will lead you to success, celebrate them!  Have confidence that what you’re doing is building your future, creating a change and making you successful!

Building Capacity by Samuel "samiejames" Awoke.

People have frequently raised questions about the clause "building capacity". They think it is as abstract as it sounds, or not really relatable to humans. Some considered it to be applicable to building a house or creating a structure for a company, or anything of sort but no. It has been related to individuals, humans and personified building of one's life for what is obtainable in the nearest future.

So hence, we pick building capacity and relate it to what is applicable to man. I will try to liken it to a woman, fetching water from a well but using a smaller vessel, and another using a wider vessel to store it. When she carries that vessel home, who would likely have more to deliver? Ofcourse the one with a bigger and wider vessel, now that is capacity building.

It is the point when a person develops his or her mind and abilities as wide as possible inorder to stand  whatever life may throw at them. It is the act of developing your intelligence, capabilities, strength, according to what field and sector you want to explore in times to come. You being prepared for that time to come will predominantly envisage your level of success when you kick off.

I discovered that some persons have luckily escaped mischief and probably poverty due to working out someone's vision. It's not the ultimate decision to die in such but it gives a guideline to understand some of the things life's about.



Great people became great because of some level of creativity they exhibited that others had, and it resulted in them being called great.
Note: Greatness is only notified when some level of excellence is justified, "if everyone was great then no one would be great." Greatness is just a product of special conduct and a different approach to untying the normal rope.

Having made you see greatness, you should know that greatness is begotten out of a true knowledge of purpose that begat vision, and a vision that produced missions, to get into Predestination. If everything about God is great, then you are great having greatness embedded in you in form purpose that need be discovered so visions can emerge. click here for visions and visions 1

Visions and Visions: you cannot see  without the eyes, same way you cannot really get a great vision if you don't have the mind eye. The mind eye determines the vision's efficiency, sufficiency and consistency. It is a way of really visualizing the length, breadth, and width of the purpose and constructing a workable and satisfying scheme that best helps the Vision fulfil its purpose. But this visualization and construction can only function best in the mind eye. So after you discover purpose, the obvious next step the building of the mind eye so it can effectively produce a workable vision that would satisfy the purpose.

Visions are set for appointed times, not all seasons visions has the edge over, if you are a "young man" like the bible says would see vision but yet to discover one then you need to. No youth in this dispensation is permitted to go without a vision.

Dan  1:8 But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.

Daniel was a young man that had a clue of what God expects from him and it resulted in his vision that carried him.
note: Daniel discovered purpose that he was to stand out amongst the others and in that purpose he got his vision that he would become a solution to so many hence leading men God, and that further prompted his mission. His mission was the strategy he would use to accomplish his vision relating with his purpose.... #learntoday

According to that text, his mission gotten from his vision relating with his purpose was his motivation. The reason a man would fail or deter in serving God is as a result of lack of revelation of the Lord that should begat him purpose producing his vision that contains missions that should bring him to his destination.
