I discovered that some persons have luckily escaped mischief and probably poverty due to working out someone's vision. It's not the ultimate decision to die in such but it gives a guideline to understand some of the things life's about.
Great people became great because of some level of creativity they exhibited that others had, and it resulted in them being called great.
Note: Greatness is only notified when some level of excellence is justified, "if everyone was great then no one would be great." Greatness is just a product of special conduct and a different approach to untying the normal rope.

Visions and Visions: you cannot see without the eyes, same way you cannot really get a great vision if you don't have the mind eye. The mind eye determines the vision's efficiency, sufficiency and consistency. It is a way of really visualizing the length, breadth, and width of the purpose and constructing a workable and satisfying scheme that best helps the Vision fulfil its purpose. But this visualization and construction can only function best in the mind eye. So after you discover purpose, the obvious next step the building of the mind eye so it can effectively produce a workable vision that would satisfy the purpose.
The reason why some persons dream so small is because that's all they have been exposed to, perhaps they have a shallow minded eye, and you seldom need a miracle for a shallow minded eye to have insight all that's necessary is listed below.

You can never become better than you know, some of the things are:
1. Improve on your Knowledge. Someone said something "know a little about everything, and know everything about one thing". All I'm concerned with is that there's a level of knowledge needed dependent on priorities. Expose the mind to things beyond your capabilities and gather knowledge as much as you can. You learning ghe rudiments of business under a boss who has little or no customers will definitely have its effect on you and the mindset you would have when you set out for yours. So in all your knowledge getting, get the very best as well as from the highest you can, knowledge is quite important but your level of knowledge is expedient for the courage to go through to the edge. Develop your mind today by developing your intake of knowledge especially of things that pertains to your purpose.
2. Time management- your ability to control how your time is consumed is an adequate step in developing the mind-eye. The reason why people who are not time cautious do what they do is because their eyes can only see now, and perhaps the immediate future and that fashions the mind hence producing stunted vision that may likely not break even. The adequate use of time is a key step to mind-eye developing because the things you do will only be driven by what the mind drives at, but when the mind-eye sees nothing but just little you can't supersede him (mind-eye). So develop your mind eye by using your time cautiously with a focus that time is nevery enough.
3. Constant investment on the mind: it is only what you put you get out, it's called garbage in garbage out. What you plant you reap, same measure. So why waste precious valuables when you can store in them in the mind. How? I'll quickly give you ways to do so.
* Books reading: when you read a book that's inspirational and the talks about his personal experience and perhaps other persons' he encountered, in just a book you would have gathered what would have taken years to experience and perhaps die in the process. Taking out time to read and get better. Over the cause of reading I have discovered this fact "you will find greatness in inside the books of great men".
